Returns

For web purchases, returns will be accepted until 15 days after purchase. In case you are not satisfied with the product, contact us (steakchamp@steakchamp.es) and will send a shuttle to pick up your product.

The payment will be paid by the same means they paid and after receiving and reviewing the product is in perfect condition, complete and in its original box in perfect condition (in the state it came out of store), and UNUSED

Used products

In case it is used, as this product in direct contact with food, no refunds will be accepted for payment.

Only the change will be made as collateral for a new product if it does not work and is considered collateral damage and not misuse or shock

In any case, this protocol will be used within the first 15 days and must always deliver the product in its original box and document certifying purchase.

Whether used as unused product, within the past 15 days, the law guarantees apply force.

Terms

Once received the product, it will be reviewed and then the payment will be made based on the conditions under which the product has been received and the reason for the return.

SteakChamp reserves the right to deduct the amount of the return postage if not applicable a refund, if the product is delivered on purchase prepaid or pay handling costs, restoration or repair if due to a misuse or packaging is damaged.
